Visuelt is the biggest annual event for the creative industry in Norway and consists of a competition, seminars, prize award show, party and exhibition. Visuelt 2010 is due May 6th-8th.
Visuelt is hosted by Grafill – The Norwegian Organization for Visual Communication, and the aim of the event is to inspire and function as a meeting point for the industry. For the seminars we invite international speakers to talk about various aspects of design and the creative industry.
The Visuelt competition is held annually and gives tribute to the professionals working with visual communication in Norway. The aim of the competition is to promote innovation, bring further professional competence and present the best work done by creative professionals in Norway. The main categories are: Graphic design, Illustration, Interactive Design and Moving Image. Visuelt has gradually grown to become the most important competition for designers and illustrators in Norway. Visuelt 2010 award winners will be announced at the award ceremony in Oslo the 7th of May.

The Visuelt 2010 seminars will take place in Oslo at the movie theatre Vika Kino May 6th – 7th.
Grafill have hosted lecturers such as Stefan Sagmeister, Imaginary Forces, ACNE, Malcolm McLaren, Pixar/Adam Burke, Johnny Hardstaff, Matt Pyke, Gary Baseman, Rick Poynor, Shynola, Jonathan Harris, Aral Balkan, Marian Bantjes, Ji Lee and KarlssonWilker to mention a few.
The program for Visuelt 2010 will be announced in February.

Grafill is a non-profit organization for graphic designers, illustrators, animators, cartoonists and interactive designers. The organisation has 1400 members. Grafill aim to give increased understanding of visual communication, the various disciplines and promotes the professions and high standard in the industry.
